Content With Your Web Content: Keywords, Keywords, Keywords

We mentioned earlier that you should aim to create 2 pages of content per week. Where do you find content that is relevant to your business? Overture has a tool that helps you to see just how popular specific keywords are.

Type in words that are specific to your business. Use variations. We found for example when we were improving search engine optimization for 1source4stocks.com that there was a difference between the keywords 'trading' and 'investing'. While to us they meant basically the same thing, surprisingly, 'trading' was more popular.  Same with 'investor' versus 'trader' and 'invest' versus 'trade'.  Use variations to get the most popular keywords specific and relevant to your business.

What about trends that are specific to your business? Case studies? What makes you better than your competitors? Is there info that you can provide your visitor that will allow them to make a more informed decision? If so, you have content. Remember, you are an expert in your field, so share the info and increase your visitors at the same time!
